  • After clicking on the link you have to fill the payer details who is making payment against the levy demand. At the second page you have to fill the publisher's details.

  • Step-1- Filling the online form for NDC and make payment of Rs. 30 per edition.
  • The No Dues Certificate shall be generated for only those publishers which have cleared their outstanding against the demand and request for the NDC.
  • Once the outstanding is clear, follow the below steps:
  • Step-1 - Fillup the online form and make payment. Please retain your Txn ID
  • Step-2 - Generate your NDC based on your TXN ID
    • Apply for NDC Generate NDC
  • No Due Certificate is under process, Please generate NDC after one week of Successful Application.
